Chester Creek Concert Series 2018 Announced

We are proud to announce the lineup of our 2018 Chester Creek Concert Series! We are returning with our 36th season of free, live music, in a family friendly environment.  The selection of bands this year is incredible!  The poster below has all of the times and dates for the season. We hope you will join each week through the summer.  This series is presented in partnership with Duluth Parks, Kat Country 98.9, and My 95.7.

Winter 2017/2018 Season Closed

Chester Bowl’s Winter 2017/2018 Ski and Snowboard Season is now closed for the year!  Thank you for a great season- we are already looking forward to next year.

Be sure to join us on Sunday, March 25th for our end of season potluck and awards (5pm, Eastridge Church, 3727 W Arrowhead Road).  Ski and snowboard returns are Tuesday 4/10, Wednesday 4/11, and Thursday, 4/12, 5:30-8:30pm each night.

Summer Camp lottery period closed

The Lottery registration period for our summer camp is now closed. Those who have submitted their registration forms during the lottery period will hear back from us regarding their enrollment by 3/23 at the very latest.  We do expect to fill camp completely through the lottery. If there is still room in the program, registration forms received after the lottery will be processed in the order that they are received.

Full camp information is found at this link.

Season opening Saturday, 12/16/17!

Chester Bowl is opening for the season on Saturday, December 16th.  We are open Saturday and Sunday from 11-4:30, and Monday night from 4:30-8:30pm.  We hope you join us!

Volunteers and staff in the pictures below are preparing for the big day, and snowmaking has been very successful (with a little natural stuff helping out too!).  Expect great conditions!

4th Grade Passport Program 2018-2019

The Minnesota Ski Areas Association (MSA) wants to give Minnesota kids a chance to get out, have fun and get healthy this winter by hitting the Minnesota Slopes!

MSA has created a statewide program that provides every 4th grader the opportunity to ski for free.   Your passport includes a minimum of two visits to each resort. For Chester Bowl, passholders receive unlimited free day passes with their MSA Passport.  Please note that we do not offer day rentals of skis or snowboards, and anyone purchasing our season-long rentals must have a regular season pass.

MSA charges $24.95 for the passport (to cover printing and shipping).  Please see this website for more information and to purchase your passport.
