Calling all snow-loving teens! Chester Bowl’s Winter Cadet Program lets you take your passion for the slopes to the next level. Cadets assist with ski/snowboard lessons, terrain park operations, and mentoring—all while gaining leadership skills and earning volunteer hours.

The Winter Cadet Program is an opportunity for teens to learn valuable leadership skills while having fun during the ski & snowboard program at Chester Bowl.
Winter Cadets will receive:

Grade & Participation Requirements
Open to Cadets currently in or beyond 7th grade the Winter Cadet Program are expected to volunteer 40 or more hours during the winter season (December-March).
Program Cost & Registration Deadline

Registration closes November 16th. The Winter Cadet Program costs $125 which offsets staff time and other expenses. This must be paid by December 1, 2026. You may request a scholarship while registering. Email ocean@chesterbowl.org if you have additional questions regarding the Winter Cadet Program.
All Cadets will participate in a Zoom orientation on November 16th and an on-the-hill orientation on December 19th (times will be shared following registration).
