Thanks to the hard work of Chester Bowl staff and Cadets, plus City of Duluth staff, Chester Bowl is open on Thursday, February 19, from 11-4:30. If you can come safely, you will want to- conditions are excellent! Be sure to thank the staff who all came in early to get the hill ready!
