We are in the final stage of planning for a Chalet expansion and complete renovation. This will happen starting in the Spring of 2026 or 2027. We will know by February 2026. In the meantime, we are scheduling rentals for 2026 on a tentative basis. If construction does happen in 2026, we will not be able to have any building rentals and will issue full refunds to all renters.

The Thom Storm Chalet at Chester Bowl Park is a fantastic location for birthday parties, graduation parties, small weddings, and other group activities.

Our basic rate is $75 for the first hour, and $25 per additional hour. There are additional charges and restrictions for events with alcohol.

The main chalet space seats up to about 50 comfortably, with the most common seating configuration utilizing the three long folding picnic tables (like what you may see in a school cafeteria). Groups of more than 50 can tend to get a bit crowded. The space also includes a small kitchen prep area (fridge, freezer, sink, microwave, and counters, but no stove or oven). The area outside of the chalet will also be reserved for your group, with access to power, water, and picnic tables (seasonally). Please note that our main meeting space is accessible only by stairs- we do not have an elevator. Restrooms are available to your group.

Are you a non-profit looking for a space for meetings or retreats? Meeting use is only $15 per hour.

Also, we now offer private ski hill rentals! Rates start at $500 for a two hour private rental of the entire hill, with lift operation included!  Some restrictions apply, so please contact us to learn more about this unique opportunity. Alcohol is not allowed during private ski hill rentals.
