The Summer Cadet Program at Chester Bowl is the perfect way for teens to dive into leadership, friendship, and outdoor adventure! Designed for Cadets who’ve completed 7th grade, this volunteer program combines hands-on camp experience with skill-building—helping younger campers while learning teamwork, responsibility, and outdoor instruction techniques.

Grade & Participation Requirements

Participants in the Summer Cadet Program must have completed 7th grade (or higher grade levels) in order to participate. Participants are expected to volunteer 40+ hours during the summer program, June 8-August 13. 

Program Cost & Registration Deadline

The summer only Cadet program costs $125 and must be paid in full by May 1, 2026, which is also when registration closes. For scholarship support email sam@chesterbowl.org
