Fall Fest Vendor Information

Fall Fest is a one-day regional craft festival held on Saturday, September 19, 2026 (rain date: Sunday, September 20), bringing 7,500–11,000 visitors to the park. Vendors must sell hand-made or home-grown items—no mass-produced goods. Full criteria are in the vendor guidelines.

There are no longer vendor spaces available but we are keeping a waitlist. To get on it, vendors must submit the appropriate application. Vendors will be placed on the waitlist in the order that their applications are recieved.

Returning vendors were emailed 2026 registration forms in early February and have until April 1 to submit full paperwork and payment (cash or check) to reserve the same booth spot. Requests after that date will be honored if the spot is still available. Returning vendors may also request a new spot, but those will be assigned after April 1.

Booth fees:

  • 10×10 booth: $165
  • 20×10 food vendor space: $330

To register, complete the application and ST19 form, then mail both with your check (payable to Chester Bowl) to:

All vendors must follow the 2026 Vendor Guidelines, including setup, allowable items, political activity, and cleanup.
