CBIC membership is open to anyone who shares the vision and purpose of CBIC, as demonstrated by participation in volunteer activities. Membership is granted upon receipt of a completed membership application, including a commitment to participate in three hours of volunteer activities. Membership continues from then until the end of the fiscal year, April 30th. Membership may be renewed for subsequent years, contingent upon fulfillment of each year’s volunteer hour allotment, which are in addition to any volunteer hours committed to as part of program participation. Members receive preference over non-members for participation in programs, scholarships, or any other offering by the CBIC.
